Who we are

This site (discoverygrouptraining.sevenjacobs.com) is operated by Discovery Group, founded by Seven Jacobs, based in London, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact us at seven@sevenjacobs.com.

What data we collect

• Booking data. When you book a call through our scheduling link, the details you provide (name, email, and anything you share about your enquiry) are processed by our scheduling provider, Cal.com, so we can hold the call.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP addresses, timestamps and user agents, retained for a limited period for security and operations.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiries and hold booked calls (legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest).
• To keep the site secure and operational (legal basis: legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors that run this site and our bookings, each with their own privacy protections: Netlify (hosting) and Cal.com (call scheduling). We do not currently use any analytics or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking details are kept as long as needed to respond and complete any resulting work, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email seven@sevenjacobs.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Substantial changes will be announced on the site.
